Not true to size

I ordered the zip up hoodie. Pattern and fabric are real nice. The sizing is way off. I ordered 6xl as I’m a big guy and wanted to wear over a few layers. 6xl=3xl. No good for me.

Man, I'm truly sorry that is the case. All the folks that I know were good with one size up. Any ideas on how I can update my sizing instructions? Can you measure your chest for me and I'll try to make sure no one else gets bit by it.
